The work is starting to create a lovely new vegetable garden outside Menteath House in Poplar. Menteath House is located between Dod Street and Farrance Street - E14 7DZ.The beds are being built tomorrow (May 19th) at the Hind Grove Community Hall.
On Saturday May 21st from 11am to 3pm the beds will be moved over to the garden from the hall and filled with soil and compost.
If you can come along and help on Saturday- please do - even if it is only for a short time, as many hands make light work! Tools and gloves are provided, but make sure you wear suitable clothing and shoes as this is dirty work!
